Dear patients,
Central Connecticut Dermatology remains committed to protecting the health of our patients and the community. Due to the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have implemented the following policies:
- If you have a fever or cough, or have recently been in contact with someone who has a fever or cough, please reschedule your appointment by calling 860-322-2222.
- In accordance with State CT Law, starting on 4-21-20, we will require all patients/visitors to wear a mask or face covering while visiting our office. This does not apply to individuals who cannot wear such covering due to a medical exemption.
- To protect patients, families and staff, we are limiting the number of people in our building. In most cases, only the patient will be allowed inside unless absolutely necessary (e.g. to accompany minors or patients with disabilities).
Our clinic is taking precautions to protect against the spread of the virus, including asking anyone entering the building to sanitize their hands. We have always wiped down rooms with antiseptic between patient visits, and this practice will continue.
Additionally, we are now offering virtual appointments as an alternative to in-office visits.
